As of July 25, we will have a new address! We have officially sold our house and our offer has been accepted at our new house. Pending inspections on both properties, we're good to go! Our new house is on 7.5 gorgeous acres and we are very excited! We will finally have more room to have guests, so we will be encouraging people to come and visit! We'd heard nothing but "It's not a seller's market," but we listed our house on Thursday and accepted an offer (for our asking price!) Monday night. Here are a few pictures from the MLS.

Umm...I'm not sure if 7.5 acres is big enough for us to come visit though. We usually pack a lot. Ha! That is such great news you guys and we are all very happy for you. Can't wait to see it!!! Kisses to baby Cole!
